EMESCO is a consulting company specialized in mergers & acquisitions and in management of international business development projects.

Together with our subsidiaries and partners we are active on three continents: Europe, North America and Africa – Middle East, and we dispose of a strong network of sector-specific experts.

Since our formation we have been focused on sustainable development and green technologies. This has been strengthened by our close relationship with Germany, the leader in environmental protection. We have therefore founded in 2006, together with Nikolaus Weber and Dr Bodo Wolf, MSW ENERGIES and in 2008 we co-founded ANEWWORLD CONSULTING together with Laurent Husson.

ANEWWORLD CONSULTING specializes in strategy consulting, focusing on the convergences between green tech & aerospace technology and between IT & space technology.

MSW Energies designs and manages projects for the sustainable production of renewable energy.

ESCO Germany is specialized in strategic consulting in the field of aerospace. ESCO France offers consulting services in the real-estate sector and international real-estate transactions.
